Partner Agreement — v1 (April 2026)

The Partner Program pays commission on qualifying seller subscriptions. Rates below are in INR, net of applicable TDS.

• Activation bounty₹2,500
  Per seller — paid once the seller pays + lists 5 products + completes handover
• Annual renewal bonus₹1,500
  Paid on each anniversary renewal for up to 2 years after activation

Tier bonuses

A rolling 12-month count of activations determines your tier. Crossing each threshold unlocks a one-time bonus on top of per-seller commission.

• You must be 18+ and have the legal capacity to contract in India.
• Identity documents (Aadhaar, PAN, selfie), bank / UPI details, and GSTIN (if applicable) must be true and belong to you.
• You must not be on any sanctions list or otherwise prohibited from receiving commission payments under Indian law.
• SourceRightNow may reject or pause any partner account at its sole discretion.

• Payouts run weekly once your balance crosses ₹1,000 net of TDS.
• SourceRightNow deducts 10% TDS on all commission payments under Section 194H of the Income Tax Act. A Form 16A is issued each quarter.
• Payouts are made via UPI (preferred) or NEFT/IMPS bank transfer using the details on file.
• To change your UPI, bank, or PAN, submit a change request through the Profile page. Admin review typically completes within 48 hours.

Activation bounty and renewal bonus are subject to clawback in the following cases:

• The seller's subscription is refunded or cancelled within 90 days of activation.
• The seller is found to be fraudulent or misrepresented themselves.
• The partner is found to have misrepresented the seller to SourceRightNow or SourceRightNow to the seller.

Clawback is applied by creating a negative commission in your ledger. If your pending balance is negative at payout time, we carry it forward to future earnings rather than invoicing you.

• Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice.
• SourceRightNow may terminate immediately for material breach (misrepresentation, fraud, circumvention of SourceRightNow to recruit sellers to a competitor).
• On termination, any pending commission lockups continue to settle on schedule provided clawback conditions are not met.
• For 12 months after termination, you agree not to solicit SourceRightNow-sourced sellers for any competing B2B marketplace.
